Founder & CEO of GOODLAD
Before creating GOODLAD, Simon served as Regional Managing Director for the French leader in Logistics and Transportation in the Caribbean. Originally specialized in Finance and Venture Capital, Simon TOBELEM has then joined ELBIT, the leading Israeli Group in Avionics and High end electronics for Military purposes. He was posted in Israel then in Singapore. Simon has also served as Managing Director for Rhone-Poulenc’s (now AVENTIS-SANOFI) subsidiaries in West Africa.

Céline speaks five languages fluently. She has first taught French as a foreign language to students from all over the World. She then decided to make her speciality in managing and organizing International projects in Asia, Africa and the US, mainly in Medical Services.

Erick MAYER, Expert in Data Protection
Senior Project Manager
Following a high-profile career in several security services, Erick has developed a consultancy practice in France and Easter Europe.
Erick has a proven expertise in vulnerability assessments regarding Strategic facilities security systems as well as for Global Information Systems. He handles issues linked with Business Intelligence (Detection & Counter-measures), Money Laundering and Unauthorized Imitations.
Erick has joined GOODLAD's Management staff in January 2005 as Project Manager and he is presently Senior Project Manager.

Marc was for the last seven years President, CEO and shareholder of one of the largest shipping line in The Caribbean. He is a real asset in regard with ports and ships issues. His strong financial background allows him to take fully into account, in its analysis, operational and financial constraints.

He was one of the Founder and Managing Partners of GLOBAL, a software solutions and services company already specialized in IS Security. Stephane was the Sales Director of THALES Secure Systems until the end of 2003. But he has regained is independence now and provides high-end expertise for top level French and International Companies.
